Best free hosting for PHP scripting?

All of the free hostings advertise themselves with bandwith, domains, storage... but none of them mentions the php time limits and mysql query limits.

Do you know of any hosting that provides good PHP and MySQL service? I don't mind storage nor domains nor bandwith.
