What is the best option to use?

I tried gmail to test things out, but after I sent 400 emails in 5-6 days (50-100 emails per day) they blocked my account and disabled it for good.

I don't need to send to many emails per day, like 100 is great but more is better of course. I am just looking for email provider that will not disable my account for "spam".

I heard protonmail is a good one? What do you recommend?
    hotmail, outlook etc?

I'd go with mailgun as they can definitely handle your number of emails per day. It is also great for developers as it supports most used languages (Python, PHP,etc)

My personal favorite is Mailchimp, as it’s simple to use and I think their free plan will cover your needs. Mailgun is also good.
