Best free email opt-in form for wordpress?

Hello, I would like to try to build email list for the first time, but since I have no experience with this, don't know which plugin to use. I need it also to be free, can you suggest me some? Thanks a lot :)

You can try the WP Email Capture plugin. Or you can use mailjet.com. It has a free option
 
Ive used optincrusher on a few of my sites. Nice looking popup bar. works with mailchimp/aweber etc. Very happy with it
 
After two years need it again, any new ones better than those mentioned? I need it to create lists in such forms, that later i will be able to upload it to services that send out emails for you and they will not have problem, like the list will be can-spam compliant.
