Razorpay is a good option, unless you mean a different kind of plugin for SEO or AI.
when it come to the lock content option, you can use either popup Maker or hustle . both have free versions which work perfectly well for getting leads and locked content. the only thing you may need is a bit of trial and error when setting up triggers nd forms.

hustle is probably the easiest one to start with imo. For actual content unlock, check the free version limits first becuz many plugins hide that feature behind paid plans.
for me, the choice would be Hustle the free version allows you to have reasonable control on opt-ins without being too difficult nd should be enough for starting with Indian traffic.
hustle will definitely be the first to experiment on since it is one of the best tool for opt-in but only remember that there are certain content lock rules .
I believe that hustling may be one of the easiest way to achieve this. you just have to ensure that you test drive the content lock becuz most plugins do not offer that feature for free.
It is my opinion that Hustle is a great place to begin. I have used Hustle in simple case of opting in nd content gating, but be careful to understand the limitations of the free plan.
