Best format for Amazon and Adsense?

I want to combine both Amazon and Adsense on my site, but not sure about the format.



Should I use Amazon text links or banner?



Let, I am writing a review on Nokia Lumia Mobile phone, then which would be the best format if I want to combine both Amazon and Adsense.

Amazon's text links are very effective, and for adsense I use both, text and banners.

To grab the text link, I have to go to Amazon, then click "link to this page", then grab the text link, right?
Or you are talking about anchor text?
