Best FollowLiker settings?

Hey!

I just bought the software and would love to hear what you have to say about settings. I am currently running on the default settings for likes and follows. Which settings to you guys recommend for those 2 (likes and follows) that are safe for the account but also effective, nothing way too slow?

EDIT: It also says that I followed around 40 people but the "Following" counter didn't change.

This gets asked several times a week, and there is a thread literally 7 threads down the page called "Best Followliker Settings" which has recommendations in it.
