Not really sure about that, but yeah, there might be. But if you cant find any, then we can do the talking. It will always be costlier to get something coded than use something existing. So, for a win win for both of us, you can check out the tools out there if there are any, and get to me if you cant find anything reliable.

i just upgraded to paid version after using free version for a while. The paid version allows you to run more queries simultaneously. And get more results.
Twitterdub has a scrape module that can do everything you want (and a lot more: follow . / like / post etc ). Scrape urls / id / details. Filter results etc.
