I've ordered a couple gigs from Fiverr, and except for a pretty good logo (for $5 of course!), I haven't seen any spectacular results in the way of backlinks, traffic, etc...

Anyone have any positive (sustainable) results from Fiverr??

No offence but you need to seriously use the search button.

This type of question/subject/topic has been started and discussed several dozens of times.
