Best File Submitting Software

I am trying to find a (free?-cracked?) program that will distribute video files out to multiple file sharing communities (LImewire/Morpheus/etc.) simultaneously. I remember reading about one a while back here, but don't remember the name. Any ideas?

mldonkey does a shitload at once, no idea of its windows compatability though... everything from edonkey to gnutella and bittorrent
