What is the best tool or php script for website or website that can schedule tons of post to tons of fb groups and pages?

I really need a way for a massive FB promotion guys, do you know one?

Facedominator sounds promising i think it was calle facebook friend bomber
not sure about it now though
 
best method to spam on facebook group is "LIVE"
