I am tired of fb page promoter as it gives 15% reach only if we use page
any other good fb plugin?

What exactly do you need the FB plugin for? If it's to drive traffic, then try Recommendations Bar or Recommendation Box or Like Button. But if it's for other things, you can try Facebook Wall and Social Integration or IK Facebook plugin. I hope this helps.
