Best accounts really depend on @ what stage you are and what you need.
If you have lots of time and no funds - then buy bunch of very cheap but low quality accounts.
- Start farming them for several weeks and warming them up.
- In month or so you will have a decent source of accs, that you can slowly start spending (spend limit will be low)
If you have working camps and want to run BH and have some funds - then buy aged high spend limit and with historical spend accounts.
These have been "warmed up" for years effectively. Have much higher trust with FB and get much easier approvals etc.
