Best Facebook Ad Training Programs?

Hey guys

I am looking to expand my SEO skills into the world of paid FB advertising (and possibly Instagram and other social networks). I have searched around and seen many courses for sale (and some of them are advertised in a pretty clever way). The problem is there are so many different courses available I don't even know where to begin.

I have a niche shopify store at the moment and want to do the targeted advertising that some of these companies are using. I'll even admit some of these ads are so well targeted I actually watch and consider them lol.
