Hey, for beginners I use BigSpy and AdSpy, they are simple and show what other people running ads, you can see top ads, creatives and copies, helps a lot to get ideas and check what works, just start small and test few things.
 
I think starting with the free Meta Ads Library is a good idea since you can see real ads competitors are running. In my experience, tools like AdSpy or BigSpy help more once you want deeper insights and patterns.
