I need advice on the best email and zips or postcode submits CPA.

Why would you reach for your gun?

As for the OP's question, I have had success with CJ and Copeac. I haven't tried the other small networkers. But MaxBounty is worth a try from what I've heard.

maxbounty is good, but the one i have seen with the biggest quantity of zip/email submit offers is affiliate.com
I've heard the new revenuehill also has a good amount of this offers, i have not joined yet...
hydranetwork and copeac are also good options.

affiliate.com has good email submits, they are one of the few networks that still do volume in emails submit offers.

incentaclick have a lot of converting email submit, but it's hard to enter them. Maxbounty, hydra and neverblue are trusted cpa network and have converting email submit.

The reason he and many other people hate the phrase "thanks in advance" is because it makes it sound like the community owes you an answer and you expect nothing but one.

Haven't heard about amped media, is it easy to get in? do they offer paypal as payment option?
I checked out their website and they say they do net 15 payments, that's good.

I think im going to ban people who create another of these there are atleast 100 of them now and 2 a week I dont see why its necessary.

The answer is there is no best the advertisers scrub them all now, you wont find much difference from one to the next
