There are various platforms which you can use.
Mailchimp is the safest but has zero tolerance for spam emails. They will give you a portal login and access is limited yet it is considered one of the best.
Then there is SendGrid and it comes with the following features. Open & Click Tracking, Email Template Engine, Unsubscribe Tracking, Reputation Monitoring, etc
You can also try Campaigns plus and it has the highest number of features and starts at a very low price so if pricing is an option, Campaigns plus aint bad at all.
I personally like these three the most. There are others too. Check them online. Happy emailing.

Well i once tried customer.io and i found the functionalities to be rather limited. I used both their pro and trial versions but the UI at that time was too hard for me to understand. Plus if you are new to email marketing, you should opt for a software that makes sending easy for you. So fo rme, customer.io is not recommended.

Yeah Mailjet is fine too. It has good functionality. Also tey Campaigns plus. That is also very good.
