Best email to avoid detection?

I've been using proton mail, but have had every single one of my emails banned by Proton (I may have been too aggressive in my eagerness and made 5+ accounts in a week or so). I've also noticed that Proton emails get tagged for suspicion almost immediately anywhere they are used. What do you guys use for flying under the radar?

Gmail needs phone verification, so thats kinda out.

are you using clean cache, and proxys when making your accounts
 
Any thoughts about using Tempmail or Tutanota?
 
I have been creating and using lots of protonmail emails since almost a year : never had any suspended.
Create them with residential IP on browser's incognito mode. Later you can login and use them on any IP.

As others also stated, I guess you forgot using proxy and they detected your IP from multiple account
 
Use an anti-detect browser with proxies.
