Best Email Software?

I need to send between 100k and 1 mill emails...I have a 2 c blocks of Ips and a bunch of domains...I need a software that will rotate through the SMTPs AND the IPs...

Any one know of something that will do that or another option?

Where did you get your lists, and are you targeting GI or TLD?

Mix...but at least 70% large domains gmail aol hot mail, but low bounce rate
