What is the cheapest / most effective email marketing service these days?
I hear about Amazon SES but i'm pretty sure they don't support Internet Marketers.
Whats the best route to send email blast twice a week to a large list?

Go for MailChimp. MailChimp is pretty straightforward, easy-to-use, with a clean interface. It has a lot of features and functionality for an email marketing service.

SMTP.com and similar services sell cheap relays you can use to send via your own server with something like the old downloadable version of Phplist or Interspire or similar.
