Can anyone suggest the best and easiest to use email harvester for Mac? I'm using Email Grabber 2 right now and it's good but sometimes it won't get the emails if a website is coded a certain way. I'm looking for a tool in which you just drop the URL in to scan and it will grab all emails listed on the page and allow to export as a .csv. Thanks.

I use Email Grabber 2 (PC) too, and it's an incredible tool.

To know if a software is able to harvest email addresses from a specific website, go on this website and do view the source-code.
If in the source-code you can see the email address "in clear", so softwares will be able to harvest.
If not, it's possible that email addresses are hidden or loaded via JavaScript (...).

Ok so there's no app that will grab emails even if they are hidden or loaded with javascript?

It depends.

Can you share one of your example URL of page where you can't harvest email addresses (or PM) ?
I can take a look.

Sent you a pm as an example. The emails are clearly visible but email grabber won't collect them. Is there not a program that can just search text and see the "at" email symbol? Thanks.

PM replied.
It's an iFrame in page.

To detect an iFrame with Google Chrome, do right-click on the page and you should see this feature in menu :

It's in french, but you'll can find it in english (...) :)

Then in the address bar, remove "view-source:".
