What do you find is the best email cloaker? Iframe to mask url? so it shows www.blah.com instead of asdasd.hop.clickbank.com or cpa link?

If your intention is to send email you can just make a redirect so the result is
yourdomain.com/loseweightnow or you can try google url shortener too or bitly
