Best E-Mail auto responder?

What is the best e-mail auto responder? Do they have any that have a delayed response feature so you can make it respond a set time after the e-mail is received? What about a feature that only responds to the first message received from a particular address? And a feature that will move to a different account when you reach your sent limit on one account?

Does a wonderful program like this exist? Sorry if this is the wrong section, I figured since this was the section for tools it was appropriate.

Ah, I see. I wasn't trying to ask anyone for their methods or anything so I figured I would be in the clear. I have my own methods, just need an autoresponder for my e-mails. Thanks for the suggestion!
