Best domain TLD that can't be taken down?

Hey guys!

Any suggestion for the best domain TLD that can't be taken down by the US/ETC?

Considering the US now lays claim to any .com domain as their own jurisdiction, and also considering how many domains are getting taken down lately for "arguable" offences, which TLD would you use to have a site that is "safe"?

Just say you wanted a website that deals with counterfeit/replica products?

I had over 3 domains with namecheap. And over 50 dmca takedown request for sure, even cloudflare ban, but all of the domains are still up and running strong

I'm talking about replica products from brands like Chanel, Dior and etc.. they don't do DMCA takedown.. they get a court injunction and registrars will let them seize the domain.

I don't know if this can help you but you have to see this registrar njal(.)la
