Best Domain Developers? Devname anyone?

I'm searching for a great domain developer and I'd like a turnkey solution in which I hand over my domain, and they develop it all in order for me to sell it.

I came across Devname (recommended by DomainIndex).

Anyone has an experience with them? Or perhaps suggest alternatives?
