Best dedicated proxy site?

What site has the best dedicated proxies? I don't really care about price, I just want consistent proxies as well as a method on their site that can check whether they're dead or alive. I currently am using poweruphosting and they're pretty good, but there's no simple way to check their status and they seem to die after a few weeks. I am using these proxies for Instagram.

i assume you are looking for virgin dedicated private proxies, in this case there is no way that that proxies will be dead, cause the ips are in the propriety of the proxies provider, so they all should be live 100% of the time.
Also regarding instagram you are right, you need virgin dedicated proxies, proxies that where never been used before on instagram.
Regarding the online proxies status, there are a lot of tools out there that can be used to check the status of the proxies
