The idea is that after some conversation, I guide the other party and try to get them to sign up with a dating or cam site.

Crakrevenue has some. BigBucksRevenue has custom iframes that were very popular for that sort of thing. $30 per sale. There's some networks that pay $60 but i can't recall. Maybe it was Glasscash.
