Not everything work around paper, it's good to have online version besides your dull papers.

It was COOL and I DID like it BUT if I was an employer I would have to deduct points from him because the page took 1.5 secs longer to load than required. If it had been INSTANT I may have called him for an online interview but he blew it.

Guy has some skills and then goes to make a sausage mouthed guy? lol
This resume show the guy skills, It's not useless it's adorable. You don't need to see his paper CV's, but you can judge the guy experience and skills by visiting his online resume page. This is one smart way to describe oneself skills and talent.

I wouldn't say it's entirely useless. He should upload a PDF copy of the CV so that people can reference it though.
