If you only want to accept and not convert, NOWPayments and CoinGate both cover the common chains and settle without holding a payment for review. Before you commit to either one, check which chain your customers already hold. The same USDT costs cents on TRC20 and can cost more than a small order on ERC20, and that difference is what decides whether the payment completes.
