Best CPM Ad Network aside from infolinks

I'm currently using infolinks, is there other ad network that pay's per impression very well?

Maybe propellerads

Really depends on your niche, there are basically tons of them to select from, yes propellerads, and bidvertiser and something like exoclick in the case of adult traffic and so on and on and on. Tons of options on CPM basis, hundreds of them.

I've tried infolinks and they all have very very low cpm rate! And 90% of my visitors are from tier 1 countries. The only real alternative to infolinks are admaven ads in my eye, they have good rates and I trust them, if they say 1 pop a page it is that way, not like other companies who are adding extra ads behind your back..

How much is the average cpm for tier 1 countries (USA, England, Germany, France? my cpm dropped so badly last 2 months

Guys be exited to hear everyones takes on this, i will give you all our experience and we are a fairly big in our traffic and quality from tier 1 country enough so to be accepted on revcontent:

1. Infolinks
With low traffic we got good cpm but as soon as we had same ctr and same everything but traffic volume went up the best we saw was .35 cents compared to 2-3 dollars (that was at 1,000 daily, .35 at 20,000)
2. Rev content
Terrible, .15 cpm on .25 CTR all tier 1
3. Propellerads i remember they had a low CPM like .1 but i heard they got better
4.Exoclicks -- only for pporn and streaming sites best cpm there is maybe .10 usually .05 .01

I tried Infolinks like a year ago and honestly, they were bad, how much CPM for low tier countries?
