question is clear , i want to know your personnal experience with Android CPI networks ? what's the best one with the highest numbers of offers available for different countries .

The asians usually dominate CPIs.
Try Avazu, YeahMobi, Domob.

I don't think YeahMobi is still a good network, there's too many negative reviews about them in another forum. Give it a look. I just wouldn't trust them.
