Best CPC / Pop ads network other than google?

Hi all,
Been using Popads.net, Plugrish, and Adcash for quite some time - but I find that in recent years their quality really took a plunge.
(It was not high to begin with).

I really dislike adnetworks with high minimum deposits.Some of them take $500 in advance and then you are stuck with
a big sum of money and shitty traffic and they seldom refund.

So, having said that - what low min deposit PPC\CPC\Pop ads network do you use guys?

I’ve been familiar with Plugrish, and Adcash ad network for about a while. also in past last 2-3 months I’m constantly checking my stats reports.

The reason to choose those networks is pretty simple –faster payments and much less restrictions of the type of traffic you bring - so much lower risk of not getting paid.
unfortunately, it no takes soo long to have high CPC with them since all the time the rate are following down, this is the reason I would just say if you can wait for 500$ you may even reach better CPC and better payment network with support for the long term.
