can someone reccomend me best cpa which allow fake and which have link locker, please

do you mean fake products after visitors unlock your locker? As i know most content locking network adscendmedia , adworkmedia do not allow this? Maybe you can try blamads.

i mean generators,hacks which doesn't work, i need som cpa which have link locker

I think generally any CPA will allow you to use fake content. They just won't openly admit it. Don't go out there and scream you promote fake content and tell everyone about it, it just gives them a bad rep.
