So instead of selling products i would like to get paid on instagram by sending people to a website to fill out stuff or put in email or something like that and everytime someone does that i get paid. so if someone could fill me in on a good website for that, that is trusted and reliable. please let me know!

You will get banned fast old and saturated method, you better send em to a legit page and from there redirect.
When it comes to cpa networks it's all about what your looking for, many will say peerfly and maxbounty are the best but peerfly is hard to get in if you can't prove to them you making money and maxbounty you need to talk with a employee over the phone.

Well, if you direct them straight to your landing page, you probably will as people will snitch and mark you as spammer.

You can try it out ofc but make a new account that you can lose.
