In my experience, the simpler the funnel, the better the converssions from Bidvertiser traffic.
 
Tested Bidvertiser like 15 years ago and because of its traffic, I ran into a problem with AdSense.
Looks like most of its traffic is botted.
OK, maybe, now, it is better.
 
One thing that's helped is testing multiple GEOs instead of focusing on a single market. Sometimes the same CPA offer performs very differently depending on the country and traffic costs.
 
Bidvertiser traffic usually reacts better to simple funnels, so anything complicated or high-trust tends to convert poorly.
