Best CPA network with German/Austrian offers?

Hi guys,
I wanted to ask you if you know CPA networks that have a wide range of offers for german/austrian traffic. I'm registered at adworkmedia and really like it but they just have a few offers for german/austrian based traffic. Moreover 90% of them are phone offers that don't convert as good as a simple email signup or survey. I found an austrian based website similar to craigslist where the users don't seem to be aware of the common blackhat methods over there. I had some small success with the phone/pin offers from adworkmedia but I think I can scale it up multiple times with offers that convert with a email-signup.

I would be very happy if you can give me some hints Maybe you can do me that favor and check the availability of german/austrian email offers in your cpa network.

No ads. I'm posting different offers on different accounts with the "items" being priced about 20% below the avarage for the particular item. Lots of people are contacting my fake accounts which are set up with dedicated email addresses and auto responders. The auto responders are set to respond within 24h with a general message containing my cpa link.

wowtrk has a couple of these maybe try that. good luck anyway
