Best CPA Network for Offline

Hi,

Just wondering which CPA networks are happy with offline promotion?

Obviously be sending them to a landing page of mine then to the advertisers site or just redirecting them but either way no direct linking.

I'd rather be honest with the network instead of saying PPC or whatever as they'll take any excuse to withhold earnings.

I'd be promoting offline in the UK. The reason I'm asking is my affiliate manager for a network just told me that they don't accept ANY offline traffic.

I'll make up the traffic source if I have to but I'd prefer a network where I can tell them so they can advise offers they think will work best etc.

Doing offline promotion requires the network to contact the advertiser and get the OK to run the traffic that way. I'd suggest finding a offer and then approaching your AM so he/she can contact the advertiser. Some advertisers are cool with offline and some aren't so it's luck of the draw and ultimately depends on the relationship between the companys and the type of traffic they want to see come in. As far as I know, there is no particular network that is "offline friendly".
