Best CPA network for me?

Hello, I am looking for a great CPA network. I am currently assigned with CPAGrid, but the network is only for content locking. I am looking for a network that could give me CPA offfers. I have read in some threads about some networks(clickbooth, maxbounty etc) but I don't think they match my criteria.
1. No phone calls(robot calls are ok). I live in a foreign country.
2. No great traffic into website needed. The main source for generating leads for me is going to be PPC and Social Accounts.
3. Payment using paypal.
4. No photos of ID/Drivers License needed.
5. Fast application acceptance(longest would be 1 week)/no application at all

Is there such networks like this?

Have you tried AdWorkMedia? There are many CPA networks that are really easy to get in and meet all your requirements.

I've used them before and they're quite good. NET 30 payments so you need to wait quite awhile before you can get your payment but standard with most networks though. But they do pay.

Maxbounty but they will call in person
CPAlead has both incentive and non and everything else
Peerfly but im not sure if you will get an in person call

if you can just pick up the phone youll be ok on any network

MassiveCPA fits every criteria you've listed. I'm using it personally and it works great!

AdscendMedia/AdworkMedia/AdgateMedia/Peerfly/CPALead/CPAGrip none of these ask for ID/Driver license or call. (i got account on all of them).

AdworkMedia it's a good choice if i want to promote their offers without incentives? (I would like to promote incent offers as NON-incent).Or it works good only with conent locking? Do you have any experience with this ?

Peerfly and maxbounty is one of the best CPA networks, which has good offers and payments are on time.
