Most of the networks are not ok with you using IG traffic but it's always a good thing to ask your AM.

IG will ban you regardless of CPA network. Remember if you're not making them $$$, you are costing them. You cloaking those links out?

20 UVs and no leads are not enough to tell anything of an offer, let alone of a network, that sample is not representative, however the first conversion usually comes faster, so maybe that's not the best offer, try waiting for another 20 UVs and if there will be no conversion then switch offers (make sure your stats are in real time though)
as far as i'm concerned CPAgrip is a content locking network which may not the best choice for your traffic

Reputable CPA companies doesn't allow free traffic.
I hope you're trolling because I've promoted tons of offers using free traffic on reputable cpa networks.
