No, I wasn't referring to that at all. Sonat asked if we allow incentive traffic. To answer your question, if the offer doesn't allow social media traffic, then no you can't do that. You're still using Facebook and Twitter to promote our offers, just not directly. Same goes with spamming your site on Facebook and having an offer of ours on your site. You're still spamming an offer of ours, just not directly.

None of our offers currently allow Twitter traffic and nearly 90% of our offers allow paid social media traffic.
 
Fluxads is recognized as the best CPA network for email submits by far. They scrub the least and are flexible with payments.
 
I don't know about PeerFly. I applied 2 times but Corey rejected my application. I have joined CPADiamonds now and found the pay rates are really good for email submits. I hope they actually pay :)
 
Peerfly will ban your account if you get a single complaint, so stay away from them if you are using blackhat strategies.
 
I have applied peerfly 2 times ago and get rejected (country not allowed) Maxbounty is pretty good,Azoogl and copeac too.
 
Do any of these companies allow incentive/content lock e-mail submits (without 2nd tier approval)?
 
I like CPAStorm. I have been paid by them (on time, every time) and as their name suggests, they ONLY do CPAs.
