Best CPA for a non-US beginner?

I was using Adjal dot com, they are shaving the traffic 80 %, so it is of no use for me.

If you're a beginner or out the US, should you join a small CPA company???

Just start with a good CPA company (or 2) like CJ, NeverBlue, Azoogle or Hydra, see CPA section to know how to submit your application and how to get approved :)
 
yeah,i think it's not good to working with small CPA company as a beginner.
 
try maxbounty...its kinda easy to get you in..
i got it in and i didn't promote any offers inside because all the offers are not applicable for me as I'm not from US..those email, zipcode etc are not applicable..sigh..
I'm so lost even after reading most of cpa posts here..
anyone from asia that is doing cpa can help me on these?

you don't need to be from US to promote those email/zip offers.. and in MB you are eligible to promote any offer as they are open to all affiliates, unless you are rejected by any advertiser. you must look around more clearly cuz if you have MB account and you are not using it then its a mistake u are doing as they have alot of email/zip offers.

I am using Max Bounty from Australia and just target the offers as required. The approval was quick and simple and no questions. I do have a white hat web dev and seo business which I can leverage my application off though so I do look as professional as possible. Give them the info upfront and they don't need to chase you for basic questions...
 
Well, also a beginner from southwestern Europe, got into Copeac and Neverblue... got refused by MaxBounty though, have no clue why... go for the big guys, great offers, less shaving

i think for now it's hard to get money from cpa...
