I believe he's talking about Free PPC (worth $400) Advertising tool, such as
Adwords ($50), Yahoo! ($75), etc....
My tips is....
Start with Affiliateer.
Do they have the gateway as CPALead?

From my tracking activities - i am seeing adjal shave 95% of the submits. I have sent them lots of genuine traffic - tracked it via an iframe for page two - and im only seeing 1 conversion for 60 completed offers.
Perhaps they have a reason, I will call em tomorrow - but im not impressed at all so far.

cpalead should be a good option.What you just do is fill up the website column with any good video site or other media site url.They will approve you.

You dont have to have good site.. just register on DP and find AM from cpalead.. dont remember exacly his nick.. but its comething containing cpalead .. just pm him and say that you have applied.. and how much you would like to join theirs network :> .. ive been approved within 30 minutes withs really crappy site..

no they dont, and I also heard they dont pay
I have $67 in my account from affiliateer from this month, waiting for this month to end and see if they pay to continue my method
I think CPALead is the only one with the premium access gateway thing
I got approved from http://www.affiliateer.com/ . Are they good in payment
