As someone who has read and watched a hell lot of tutorials out there in regards to CPA, I can safely say the vast majority of them say pretty much the same thing.
There is a lot of value to be learned from YouTube, at least at the most basic level which, I think it´s what you need in order to make money.
You can also get a lot of CPA related stuff if you search through torrent but, personally, I think the best way, not only to learn but to actually make some decent money from CPA, is to get someone to mentor you.
There are people willing to invest time in your development as long as you sign up to a CPA network through their referral link. This way, they make money and you make money.
I don´t know any but, you need to search and be on a look for this.

- Most important CPA metrics (EPC, CPM, CTR, Clicks, CR, CTA, ROI)
- Build an email list
- Traffic (Organic or PPC)
- A/B Testing
- Campaign Optimization
