anyways, besides maxbounty, you can give a go to peerfly, adworkmedia, adscendmedia just to name a few out of the top networks, these are all long time, reputed networks with heaps of email/zip submits or just check out the networks on offervault and pick a few
but maybe it would be advised for you to select a network for your traffic type, i mean if you have blackhat traffic, these networks won't be good, they don't really tolerate such tactics for the most part and always ask your AM, if your traffic type/method is allowed or not before you start sending traffic to an offer, it's better if you're honest about your traffic than trying to mask it, you can always find a network which can take your traffic unless it's fraud
