I'm not giving up PHP, because it's hard.. Is it worth, just asking. Maybe other back end languages have more potential, like .NET or SpringJust my personal opinion:
Don't give up PHP, it's really not that hard. Also, learn about OOP and you will be good to go.
If you want to build stable, secure websites, on both front-end and back-end, I would suggest using Bootstrap and Laravel.
These are currently the most popular frameworks for online development.
If you are already good in OOP, you can start learning both from video courses on Udemy or Lynda.
They have also free and paid courses (which you can buy or...)
Can you suggest any course ?PHP is best when you're using cheap hosting. For .NET / Spring and such you'll need more expensive servers / hosts.
PHP is enough to build anything, Wikipedia and Facebook use it.
Have you checked Udemy and Lynda? Also you can check Treehouse. Can you suggest any course ?
