Best course to learn Web Development

Just my personal opinion:
Don't give up PHP, it's really not that hard. Also, learn about OOP and you will be good to go.
If you want to build stable, secure websites, on both front-end and back-end, I would suggest using Bootstrap and Laravel.
These are currently the most popular frameworks for online development.
If you are already good in OOP, you can start learning both from video courses on Udemy or Lynda.
They have also free and paid courses (which you can buy or...)

I'm not giving up PHP, because it's hard.. Is it worth, just asking. Maybe other back end languages have more potential, like .NET or Spring

PHP is best when you're using cheap hosting. For .NET / Spring and such you'll need more expensive servers / hosts.
PHP is enough to build anything, Wikipedia and Facebook use it.

Have you checked Udemy and Lynda? Also you can check Treehouse.

I don't think an online course is the best way to learn front end or backend. Just start building something and google/ask on here whenever you have a problem.

No such thing as a best course. Go make a website. When you run into issues, use Google until you find a Stack Exchange thread that answers your question.

There are tons of free courses on udemy, but the one that i have found is the best for php is

You need to use php if you want any kind of functionality in your site, html and css limit you really only to displaying things.

I don't know courses about PHP, but there should be on Udemy.
I learned PHP from necessity, having to tweak WP and Joomla and whatever.
