Best countries for Gmail phone verification?

Hello everyone! I want to create phone verified gmail accounts. Accounts will be redirected to one "master" account. Each one will be created on us private static proxy and they will be stored on separate chrome profiles. Once I create them they will remain logged in. My only doubt is regarding phone numbers that I will use to verify accounts. I was recommended https://sms-activate.org/ which looks like a decent provider. However, I don't know which country to choose for phone numbers. I was told Ukraine/Indonesia/Netherlands are all good but the price difference is so big that I am wondering if this choice is going to reflect my account quality/longevity. Is it fine to go for Indonesian (cheapest) or is it going to automatically somehow decrease quality of my accounts. If it matters, I will rarely use my accounts to send emails, they will just "exist". I would be grateful for your feedback if you had any experience with that! Thank you )
