What is the SEO tool with the best cost-benefit that you recommend for someone who is just starting out and doesn’t have much money to invest?

Ahrefs free webmaster. shows you a ton of SEO recommendations, and give you your backlinks, and keywords. Publish a website with content over a period of time, and monitor what the site ranks for and capitizase on that, while still being open to new content ideas 50% of the time.

If you're just starting out and have a limited budget, here are some of the best cost-effective SEO tools:
Google Search Console & Google Analytics (FREE) Essential for tracking rankings, traffic, and indexing issues.
Ubersuggest (Freemium) Basic keyword research, competitor analysis, and backlink data.
SEO Minion (FREE) Chrome extension for on-page SEO analysis and SERP preview.
Screaming Frog (Free Version) Website audit tool for broken links, duplicate content, and SEO errors.
Keyword Surfer (FREE) Chrome extension for keyword volume and related terms.

I'll say semrush trial accounts. To be frank, I don't know if there are many sellers providing it. But it'll cost $10 or so, but you basically get full access to semrush. You can do all your keyword and backlink research on it before it expires.

There are also groupbuy options.
