i know you cant post clickable links on your psots (only site on your about page) so considering that whats the best niches? not cpa offers since you cant post clickable links, i guess the only useful one is linking to a website, so that's the only use, to get people to visit your website and earn from that?

No one is going to spoon feed you a niche, but niches that involve coupons convert very well.

Focus on clients that have already made up their mind to purchase something before they land on your site.

You can still do well with CPA offers.

For example if you build up a motivational/fitness niche, you can promote health related products. Even dating but doing this can get your account banned though. It happened to a few buddies of mine.

how can you prevent accounts from getting banned? is a different ip for each necessary?

If you want to manage more than 4 accounts per IP then yes

Just do a niche that you are interested in and that isn't unknown. Something relatively popular. If you aren't interested in your niche you will lose interest quicker.
