Seriously, this is something that some people here may give you a few pointers, but all and any products will convert if your targeting and then presenting to the right customers in the right way.

My advice, get yourself out there working and experiement, experiement and also don't forget to experiement - you have to experience failures to understand how to do things properly so just keep at it and sooner rather than later you will have answerd your own question.....

If you market health/money/games you will get good conversions, these niches have always converted nicely and will continue to convert very well. The problem with these niches isn't the conversion rates, it's the competition. If you start promoting products in these niches you will see lots of compeitition. It will be really difficult to rank high for a lot of keywords in these niches.

If you are interested in something with less compeition check out the CB marketplace and pick out products with low gravity. These products have low competition and you will find it easier to get traffic to these sites.

Every market can have good conversions, depends on how you market the product...

Test out niches for yourself and see which ones convert best.

It's not only about the product, the key is the way you market , you can have a guy working so hard but not marketing it good, on let's say a weight loss product, and his conversion is 5%, and you can have a guy who works 1 hour a day, and get's a 25% conversion rate, it's about the marketing as well, but of course a product that isn't good at all will barely sell.

I would say the easiest for me is the health niche. As long as you keep your sales page credible, you should be fine.
