run through copyscape and grammerly.

You cannot have 100% automation.
The speaking method works, but i add a spin on it be reading 2 or 3 different articles on the same subject.
Another efficient way, since I speak multiple languages, is taking an article in one language and then translating it + manual corrections, works great.

None could be termed as the best. It depends on input text & errors won't be minimal at all.
 
With Dragon Naturally Speaking, you have to spend time training it. Usually week or so. Depending how much time you can allocate for it. Plus, you might need a quiet place to use Dragon Naturally Speaking, as ambient noise might fuck up your text.

I find I need silence otherwise subtle noise can distract my thoughts when trying to rewrite articles.
 
WordAi is okay if you run it through Grammarly. It's not perfect (certainly not for moneysite content) but is okay for tiered stuff.
 
I have tried a couple and this might sound as exaggerating, but for me the best one so far has been the plugin article rewriter. I have used it on 5 articles so far and the results have been great. The interface is easy enough to just click and switch between synonyms. Havent tried WordAi, but I do think the plugin is worth a try, plus it's cheaper.
