You should join a decent content locking CPA network such as MGCash, Blamads, Adworkdmedia and others.

I've been now in Blam some months and i can just say that it's very good. Also Adscendmedia is good but they doesn't allow copyright content.

MGCASh is very decent depending of the niche you can use their tool that embeds cpa offers into .exe files, very useful : )
